RETURN POLICY

There are no returns accepted on USED electronic goods (KESS, Powergate, ECM Titanium). USED electronic goods are defined as tools that have been registered in the ALIENTECH database.

All sales final on accessories (cables, adapters, positioning frame) and digital downloads. As these are electronic/electrical goods, there are no returns accepted. 

For goods that are eligible for return, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return in writing. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required. For your protection, we recommend you return your goods using a carrier with tracking and full insurance. All risks associated with transport are the responsibility of the customer.

All items will be inspected by Alientech USA prior to authorization of a refund. Authorized returns will be assessed a restocking fee of a minimum of 10%. Authorized refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of returned goods. All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment. No exceptions.

No shipping charges are refunded.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
